Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all the details of products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us by e-mail to [email protected].
Our normal delivery time are 2-4 days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped no earlier than the following weekday. The shipping company we cooperate with is: Postnord AB and we only send shipments within Sweden. Free shipping applies to standard delivery and orders over 699 SEK after deduction of any discounts.
If you shop under 699 SEK, a shipping fee of 89 SEK is added. Postnord delivers your package to the nearest collection point from your address. Be sure to pick up your shipment within the days indicated on your notice. For home delivery of packages on weekdays and up to 3kg, a cost of 169 SEK is charged. For packages that are returned to us, we invoice 199 SEK to cover fees and administrative costs. Contact us if you would like us to send out the products again. In the event of a return of received goods, you are responsible for the shipping yourself.
